We want you to love your wand. If something isn’t right, here is how returns work at Willowroot Wands.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, with a return authorization. Please call (510) 573-3459 or email us before sending anything back; no returns are accepted without authorization.
As long as the wand is not damaged and is in “as new” condition, with its tube and instructions, we will refund your card in full when we receive your return.
Cancellations
Any order may be cancelled before it ships, and your payment will be refunded in full to the payment method you used when ordering.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates returned for credit receive store credit only.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 72 hours, but please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order. Need it sooner? Call us and we will do what we can.
