Your privacy is important to us at Willowroot Wands. This notice explains the information we collect, how it is used and safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
What we collect
We collect information from you when you place an order, create an account or fill out a form: your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we do not keep your card number.
How we use it
- to fill your order and contact you if there is a question about it
- to respond to your messages and customer-service requests
- to send catalogues, special offers and updates, if you ask for them
- to improve our website and customer service
We never sell, trade or give your personal information to any other company, other than for the express purpose of delivering what you ordered (for example, your address to the postal service).
