Return Authorization
Definition
The go-ahead you need before sending anything back. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt with a return authorization: call (510) 573-3459 or email first, because no returns are accepted without one. A wand that is not damaged and is in “as new” condition, with its tube and instructions, is refunded in full to your card when it arrives back.
