Kim has been an integral part of Willowroot Wands from the beginning and is the perfect person to carry Willowroot Wands into the future.

Additionally, there will be many exciting changes and additions in the months to come as Willowroot Wands blossoms under Kim's leadership and vision.

Willowroot Wands have been designed and created by Abby Willowroot and Made in the USA, here in northern California.

Each Magic Wand is a well crafted Metaphysical Tool of Transformation.

Furthermore, each Wand is blessed and smudged with Sage after it is created.

All our Magic Wands made of the finest 100% Lead-Free Pewter, with a 5% pure Silver content, for conductivity, strength and beauty.

We are very proud of the Magic Wands we create.

Each Wand is designed to last for many years of regular use and maintain it's strength, beauty, and energy.

Our American Craftsfolk who cast and hand polish Willowroot Magic Wands do so with careful craftsmanship, pride, and positive energy.

Do you make Custom Wands? At this time we are not excepting requests for Custom made wands. Are the Wands Real? Yes, but they do not have the powers seen in the Harry Potter books & movies.

About the Artist

All the Wands, Jewelry, Statues & Posters in this Catalog are the creations of California artist Abby Willowroot (except as noted). Since the 1960s when she began making metaphysical jewelry, thousands of original designs have flowed from the hands and heart of this artist; many of these designs have become modern Pagan classics.

Abby is a prolific Folk Artist working primarily in metal, whose work has always been characterized by its spiritual, symbolic, nature, and multicultural aspects.

The child of an artist, sister of an artist, and the mother of artists, Art has always had a powerful influence on Abby’s perceptions of the human journey and the importance of positive visual imagery and symbolic archetypes. As founder of the Goddess 2000 Project, Abby inspired Pagans around the world to make sacred art.

A Wand maker since the 1980s, she showed for many years at the northern and southern California Renaissance Faires. Abby’s life journey has been an interesting one that has included many facets. She is a Mother, Priestess, Archetypist, Symbolist, and researcher of Goddess Culture.

As a writer, Abby’s articles have appeared in Llewellyn’s Almanacs & Datebooks, and was a regular contributor to WomanSpirit magazine, Mystic Pop magazine and to several books. Nine of Abby’s jewelry pieces are part of the Smithsonian‘s permanent Women’s History Collection.

Abby is not related personally or professionally to any other person using the name Willowroot, a name being adopted today by a number of unrelated people. Abby has been Abby Willowroot for more than thirty years snd until the past few years, she was the only Willowroot. I hope this clears up any confusion about the name.
