Beltane. the half-way point between spring and summer, is a time when nature comes alive and the spirits of nature are most active. It is during that time that faeries are very likely to be seen. They are believed to have descended from the Tuatha De Danann (the tribe of the goddess Dana). It was during Beltane, a time of "no time" when the veils between the two worlds are at their thinnest, that the Tuatha De Danann flew into Ireland in ships that descended from the clouds.
A strong connection to faery magic is called forth in this subtle wand. The Faery Dance Wand has a highly textured shaft with secret twists and turns that is topped with a beautiful faery. The faery is depicted dancing joyfully and features lightly colored wings. This is a great wand for faery lovers of all ages. Since the sphere is held very securely it is suitable for younger magical folks.
